Who is Eligible and How to Get Help

Eligible homeowners have incomes that meet the federal low-income guidelines, with emphasis primarily on the elderly and disabled.

Community organizations, housing rehabilitation departments, social service agencies, and civic and religious groups may refer homeowners in need to Rebuilding Together Albuquerque. An application form must be filled out by the homeowner and submitted with proof of the homeowner's income.

Houses are previewed and selected by the House Selection Committee. Selection is based on need and the ability of Rebuilding Together Albuquerque volunteers to accomplish the required tasks.

In order to process your request we need a completed application as well as proof of homeowner income.
